The 3mm studio mat is European made and was the first yoga mat to be tested as free of harmful substances for skin contact. The mat offers great cushioning, slip-resistance and durability making it ideal for intensive or Studio use. The 3mm mat is for those who prefer a lighter and thinner mat, though a 4.5mm is available for those seeking greater cushioning.

Care instructions: The studio mat can be wiped clean or it can be machine washed at 40 degrees, using a small amount of soap. DO NOT put your mat through a spin cycle or spin dry as this may damage the mat. Dry flat or roll up in a towel to speed up drying time. To optimise slip resistance, please wipe with a damp cloh and towel dry before first use.
